Dear Scouts and Parents,
I hope that everyone has been busy in the month of October taking popcorn orders from family, friends, neighbors, teachers, co-workers, and anyone else who supports scouting! We have one more week to take orders, so I encourage everyone to make a couple of sales this week.
I need to collect all order forms and full payment for your orders NO LATER than next Monday, November 9th. Since we do not have a troop meeting tonight, it is crucial that everyone remember to bring their orders to the meeting on November 9th. I will be placing our troop order with the Simon Kenton Council on Tuesday, November 10th so any orders that are not turned in on time will not be filled.
If you cannot attend the meeting on November 9th — please email me at carolineflanigan@hotmail.com and we can make arrangements to get your order form & payment.
So far only 5 scouts have contacted me to sign up for online sales. If you have not signed up and would like to sell to out of town family & friends, shoot me a quick email that includes a parent’s email address and I will get you set up immediately. It’s a very easy way to add to your individual sales!
