For those taking part in our service project, the Bexley Community Campout, overnight this Friday night, please be aware of these points:
- Scouts in Class “A” uniform please (shirt, pants, belt and socks)
- We will be fed dinner and breakfast so do not bring any food
- Bring a water bottle
- We will get underway at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive then or as soon as your can thereafter. I understand that some folks are arriving late or leaving early. Please confirm with adult leaders as you arrive and depart
- You will need a sleeping bag and pad
- Please bring a flashlight with good batteries
- Bring a tent if you have one available, we will sort out tenting arrangements once we arrive.
- Be aware of the weather and dress appropriately. We will be outside all evening
- We should be done on Saturday morning between 10 and 11 AM.
- No hand-held electronics or phones. Adults will have phones for emergencies.
