Bring a $25 deposit to Mr. or Mrs. Czaja at the weekly scout meeting or drop it off at 2575 Bexley Park Rd.
The remaining $225 is due 5/20/2015.
Camp Medical:
If you are going to summer camp, you must have a physical before camp. Your doctor should fill out Part C of the Annual Health and Medical Record.

Your family doctor can do the physical or you can get it done at the CVS Minute Clinic.
We need the medical records of all scouts attending camp by 6/1.
