This is the second year of the annual Bexley Maple Syrup Workshop. Scouts assist with the tagging, tapping and production of the syrup over two weekends. Dates are subject to change according to the weather. This is an event at Jeffery Park and doesn’t involve camping, just providing assistance during the day on two Saturdays. Scouts receive service hours for participation at this community event.
Currently, the event is scheduled for Saurday, Feb. 21 (9AM to 11 AM) and Saturday, Feb 28 (7 AM – 2 PM). If the dates change, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Scouts and adults should dress for the weather and plan to be outside for the entire time of the event.
